I did not enjoy my stay at all. I wish I would have chose another hotel to stay at. The front desk staff and the cleaners were nice but that was the only thing “nice” about this hotel. The rooms are outdated. First room had a broken door handle to the bathroom so it wouldn’t close properly. Then we had to switch rooms because the toilet wasn’t working. I went down to the front desk to ask for maintenance to come fix the toilet. Maintenance had left for the day so I was handed a plunger to fix it myself. It did not solve the problem. The second room was slightly better than the first. The breakfast buffet is over at 9AM on the week days. I’ve never known a hotel breakfast to be over before 10am. Also I requested late check out and I was told they do not have enough cleaning staff to allow late check out. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There is better in the area for around the same price.

The potential risks associated with such a security lapse are deeply concerning, and I strongly urge the management to take immediate steps to ensure the safety and privacy of their guests. This incident was not only unsettling but also potentially hazardous. I implore the hotel management to reassess their security measures and prevent such alarming mishaps in the future. It’s crucial to prioritize the safety and well-being of guests by ensuring that key cards function only in the designated property they are issued for. It’s a matter of basic security that should never be compromised.
